The App MEP CUBE lets you collect all technical data and documents of your MEP facilities in buildings, building components and structured data of your portfolio, properties, buildings and units. The App is connected to the property management system (PMS) REALCUBE and operates on the basis of common standards in BIM for the operational phase in facilities management.
Your collected data is “marked compatible” and structured, based on common BIM standards. Further processing for bids, FM operations or the utilisation during the technical due dilligence of your buildings is aimed.
